Wordpress Plugin: Custom Login Page Released
Custom Login Page allows you to customize your login page beyond any plugin previously available. Your background image, logo image, and form div background are all customizable. You can also remove the “<– back to blog” link via css, and edit anything else in your login.css file via the built in css editor.

How-To: Customized Wordpress Login Page
There is a plugin that allows you to customize your login form div, but in my opinion is more of a pain than it is worth for no more customization that it allows. In this how-to I will show you how to customize not only your login page’s logo, but your background, and form div as well.
